(White or black is cut out and clear in image)Transfer tape is used to transfer the design to any non-porous, smooth surface.Finally, you remove transfer tape, leaving only the design behind.Vinyl information:- These vinyl are waterproof- They are outdoor permanent vinyl (up to 5 yrs depending on weather conditions and sun)Please Note:** Once applied decals can be removed, but not reused or reapplied.
