I purchased this item used and primarily used it as a sub-device on Wi-Fi. I also inserted an Ilm0 SIM, and it worked without any problems.
The screen is not cracked, but there are multiple small scratches. They are not really noticeable when the screen is on.
There are no major scratches on the body, but there are small scratches and stains that cannot be removed. Also, there are many noticeable small scratches (cover scratches?) on the back. If you are concerned, I suggest using a colored case. I have attached photos, so please take a look.
